I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the exceptional care that your hospital staff provided to my father, during his stay at Aster CMI -C/O AyurVAID department.
Dr Kauvery was pro-active , I was and am still deeply touched with the emotional support and confidence she instilled during my first phone call with her. She assured me that her team could handle my dad’s case which they did eventually during his stay at Aster CMI.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and compassion. Dr Rakesh NAir and Dr Kauvery came prepared for our arrival and left no stone unturned to ensure all was in place. Dr Rakesh Nair always at his best, his reassurence, unwavering commitment made a significant impact for my father. Their dedication and professionalism were truly remarkable. I would like to convey my special thanks to Dr Rohit for always being patient with my father, mother and myself. He was all ears to the unceasing health complaints of my dad and came back with the right medication. He went above and beyond to ensure my father’s recovery.
Dr Aishwarya for brining in discipline to the schedule of medicines to be consumed. The support staff for being kind, empathetic, smiling and compelling to ensure my father remained on track with his treatment plan. Please convey my thanks to Jagdish for assisting with all insurance formalities till closure. The Ayurvaid has a remarkable team that not only delivers exceptional medical care but also shows genuine empathy and compassion towards patients and their families. It was evident that patient-centered care is a top priority. Please extend my heartfelt appreciation to all the staff members who were involved in my father’s care. Their dedication and kindness have made a significant difference in our lives, and we are profoundly grateful.
