As a professional dancer, my body is ever more important to me, and any persistent aches and pains or injuries worry me. I live in Europe and for the past two years I’ve been experiencing a bad knee ache. Initially I passed it off as a reaction to the extreme cold climate, but I had a nagging doubt whether it was a past injury surfacing.

I was told to connect with Dr. Zankhana Buch and I guess my confused mind was put at ease just with a consultation with her over Skype – her calm demeanor and a clear explanation of the root-cause and treatment plan made my worries disappear.
